Full course description

Prosecutors and private practitioners discuss the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010, and other foreign bribery laws, recent cases, record-breaking fines, enforcement trends, and cross-border settlements. Participants also explore private sector compliance and integrity best practice, internal controls, risk assessment, due diligence, and implementation challenges using a case study.

Participants may earn CLE credit and a Certificate of Completion in Anti-Corruption Legal Studies listing each course successfully completed, based on class participation and a take-home exam.  Participants may register for one or more of the four classes offered.  Taken together, they provide a comprehensive grounding in current anti-corruption law topics.
